[attr=class,s1box]BUILD, a large marbled, brown-pointed tabby with blue eyes he bears a dense, powerful structure akin to his mother, with limber limbs that taper notably down to his feet. a dusty white base, topped with creamy, brown-tinted marbled markings, and appendages that taper into brown. stripes lace his broad legs and tail, and a dark face complements his overall winsome semblance. in a word, finchkit is physically appealing to suitors. he stands with a broad structure, an epitome of skyclan's hefty forms. he marks a thesis for physique, with muscular hindlimbs and notably sized shoulders, toned from scaling up the lengths of so many trees. 100% skyclan PELT, of medium length and silken to the touch, finchkit's coat is one to behold. long enough to create only a bit of conflict when moving through the forest's low-lying vegetation, he tends to keep it well-groomed, with a curious little tuft of hair adamant to remain upstanding on the top of his head. EARS, soft, round, and darkened with smoky hue, they sit evenly on the temples of his head, with tufts of white fur sprouting from his inner ear. EYES, albeit the colour of a bruised blue sky still remains to be his eye colour, due to his youth, his true eye colour will reveal itself in time. SCENT, suns spent within the confines of the nursery, with smooth, leafy vines shrouding the walls and the softest of mosses covering the forest floor, and residing within the warm, milky curve of his mother's belly -- these scents permeate around finchkit. ODDITIES,
VOICE, ben kingsley deep, accented, and with a remote gravelly tone that lines every word, sand's voice is easy to discern from others. he tends to speak softly, in calm, courteous manners. | BLOODLINES coming soon | [PTabbedContent][PTab= [attr=class,infofield2]i ]A LIFE FORGOTTEN 0 - 51 moons [attr=class,s4box] [/PTab={height:310px;margin-top:-5px;padding:0px 5px;background:transparent;}][PTab=[attr=class,moons]0-12 misha is the eldest kit to a dependent loner called bailey alongside two boisterous littermates. misha by default is the most sage of the litter, preferring independence over tussling with his siblings apollo and anastasia. at five moons of age, after venturing a tad too far from their campsite, misha meets an older traveler named duck. duck tells misha tales of exploration and finding oneself through it, and immediately the young kit is intrigued. he returns home to his mother to tell her about duck and his adventures, but bailey is swift to put down his hopes, stating that he is safe with her and his littermates.misha grows more defiant as he gains maturity. he makes numerous attempts to run away, but is usually chased back by an irate predator or an eagle-eyed anastasia. however, when he finally reaches eight moons, he manages to escape from the dense grove where his family lives. he doesn't look back when he races across the moor and into the hills beyond. he encounters ample strife in his earliest moons of solitude. he knows only the minuscule methods of hunting and self-preservation; he finds human civilizations and feeds on scraps until a friendly old female notices his struggle and offers him lessons for only a moon. however, the moon of intermittent training is enough to help misha find his way in the cycle of hunting. inspired by his recently developed skillset, misha wants to travel for moons. he is still searching for the part of himself he feels is missing, but still, to no grandeur avail. the cold season arrives far too soon, however, ransacking the young and vulnerable misha as he rushes to find suitable, appropriate shelter for surviving the snowy months without the warmth of his mother and littermates. [attr=class,moons]12-24 he found a large twolegplace and survives on a whim, escaping larger, older, and much fiercer street cats. misha made a mistake and devoured a poisoned rat found in the dark alleyways, and promptly becomes incredibly, gravely ill. an old male twoleg found misha beneath a pile of rubble, and before misha could find the strength he didn't possess to run away, he was taken into the twoleg's quiet custody. the day after, he wakes in a stark white room, inside of a silver, metal meshed cage. his first instinct is to fight his way out of the small confine unit, but each time he tries a rogue across the complex hisses at him to stop making such a racket. irate, misha relents, and a strange-smelling twoleg eventually removes him from the unit. he does not dare try to fight the twoleg, instead letting it handle him with the exception he was able to growl.the twoleg seemed to examine him. foul substances were forced down his throat. by the end of the evening when misha was at his finest limit of patience, the same old twoleg who had taken him from the ally picks him up, and he is taken into his residence. numerous attempts at escape were made in misha's first days in captivity. he is unused to the cool, moderate climate of the insides of a twoleg nest, and all the strange sights and scents that accompany it. an odd kittypet lives in the same dwelling, a plump, lethargic tom called bates. misha is incredulous when he learns bates loves the spoiled, well-fed life of a kittypet. after he makes a recovery from ingesting the poison, partly due to the healthy environment and partly due to the medicines he received in the strange white twoleg place, the twoleg allows him to leave. the old creature opens the door to the nest with misha in plain sight, and without wasting a beat the loner surges out the door and into the cold. he doesn't look back. unfortunately, the cold season is upon the land. prey becomes scarce and other means of nutrition vile and unsanitary. in his plight to find proper nourishment before starvation, he becomes desperate enough to enter what he knew to be a twoleg rogue trap: a cage with a tin of soft food inside. he becomes trapped, but within hours two young female twolegs frantically retrieve the cage, speaking in quick, worried voices, before taking him into their monster. daunted that he was once again captured by twolegs, he is for the most part still and silent as the two female twolegs fawn over him-- one refuses to leave the cage's side until the monster cruises to a stop outside of their dwelling. he is taken inside. they allow him to move around inside their home, though he spends the majority of his first two suns hiding and being adamant to avoid twoleg contact. but he is not the only animal in the nest. one of the twolegs introduces him to a long-bodied cream creature which he recognizes from kittypet tales as a ferret. he does not spend much time with the twolegs and their supposed ferret; they are much more mindful of misha than the old male twoleg and bates, seeming to understand his feral albeit steady nature and giving him the space he needed. he even manages to somewhat "befriend" the ferret. as the season warms and the sun begins to shine more amply, misha begins to portray his desire to leave. silence was doing him no good. he would sit by the window pointing out towards the sunlit gardens, cauterwauling and mrrowing his woes to the couple. he stumbles upon the two twolegs later, speaking in hushed tones shortly after one of his more vocal mornings. one stands, opening the main door to the nest, and beckons for misha. sand is puzzled, only understanding a few select terms of the twoleg language after hovering around their lifestyle for so long of his life, but understands: they're letting him run free. he speeds out of the open door with no hesitance. [attr=class,moons]24-36 misha lives in the thick coniferous woods beside the twolegplace for a bit, regaining strength as the thawing season arrives and melts away the last of the snow. once the climate has shifted into a temper fair enough for bountiful hunting, misha begins his aimless journey once more. he travels through fields and farmlands. while doing so, he stumbles upon a small grove of trees where another rogue is struggling, caught up in the chicken wire from the nearby farm. misha learns his name, lion, and vice versa. misha helps lion out of the harmful mesh, albeit coolly, before leaving.he hops on the back of a large, winding train, traveling for many, many miles. he hops on-and-off this train for moons, learning its time schedule and where it travels to. he spends a rough eight moons like this, traveling across the country. [attr=class,moons]26-48 he eventually reaches a fabled sight, a colossal pool of water that felines all across the countryside called the sea, or the place where the sun drowns at dusk. he leaves his train, lingering and exploring the hollows and cliffs of the seaside. he finds that he highly dislikes water after an irate seagull chases him into the riptide and he nearly drowns.? he is prompt to leave the seaside after that traumatic experience, instead taking to the nearby mountain range. follows a long, winding river to an acre of woods, flanked by a large twolegplace, before he reaches the mountainscape. he moves through a deep rural land, filled with fields teeming from harvested crops. he is nearly torn apart by a long-clawed farm monster, one he learned later was used to cut down the stalks of corn somehow utilized by twolegs. he passes through another large twolegplace, this time dwelling in alleys and passing through streets at night to avoid confrontation with the twoleg populous. he escapes the harsh place without so much as a glimpse of twoleg. however, he does get into some scraps with other much more aggressive cats on his plunder through. [attr=class,moons]48-52 misha crosses the mountains. the weather had harsh, whipping blizzard winds as he crossed mounts and precipices and hid from large birds of prey. he lived between valleys and verdant rifts when the snow would abate. there was even an instance where misha was required to battle an eagle, earning the deepest nicks in his ear, when they went after the same mountain hare together. thankfully, he won the battle with little more than a few frustrating scratches. he reaches jagged peaks, with spires of stone that rise high into the sky. he has reached what the clans refer to as the high stones.after much trial, error, and scarce hunting, misha successfully leaves behind the mountains. before him, in the true spirit of the thawing season, meadows and fields roll out luxuriously before them, filled with field mice and other small creatures. the forest now awaits him. misha's first encounter with the clans that dominate the new land he's discovered involves two shadowclan apprentices: rowanpaw and flurrypaw, though he never does learn their names, but they do his. he learns about the five clans through them, if only by name, but his interest in the concept of this 'clan' piques. he leaves them wishing for more. while sticking to the rocky footfills of highstones, as the shadowclan apprentices he met said no clan dwelled there, he spots three cats traveling. he watches them vanish into a square hole in the earth, one he himself tried to venture into but experienced an unearthly thrill of fear that made him retreat. when they emerge, he asks them if they are clan cats. they react in hostility but misha is steadfast: he asks again, adamant to get his point across he is harmless. they eventually do relent after much auxiliary defense, and the leader of the small group, a brown-and-white molly, gives him one question. she tells him that the forest, upon his request, is home to the five clans. he leaves them be then, satisfied by the brisk albeit informative answer. he leaves wanting to know more. he, knowing well what he is getting into, travels onto the moorland where the she-tabby said windclan lived. a patrol of three find him, and he is able to get more out of them regarding the clan's hostile viewpoint on loners. he empathizes for them, understanding the stereotypical perspective-- he knows he's a much more mellow stray. he learns one of their names, dawnwhisper, and leaves for the distant treeline thinking of how odd clan names are. misha enters skyclan territory, remembering what the brown-and-white molly from the mountains told him. he is resting in a tree when a patrol passes beneath him and locates his scent. upon the threat of confrontation, he grounds himself, and introduces himself first as harmless. this seems to mollify the skyclan cats, all of male specimen. misha betrays nothing in particular, but recognizes one of the cats on the patrol as lion, the tom he saved from a farm's chicken mesh wire seasons ago. he leaves shortly after, reflecting on how an outsider became a clan cat. he thought it was an interesting feat, to say the least. an intriguing one. a week later he is found by teaselstar and duskstorm, two skyclan cats. he is briefly questioned and asked to leave, but misha asks if he can return back with them to their campgrounds, so that he might be able to learn more about clan life without being an outsider looking in. teaselstar frostily rejects his appeal, and misha is ordered to leave skyclan and not return. hesitantly, he agrees. but he isn't ready to leave the forest's vicinity just yet. [attr=class,infofield2]ii ]INTEGRATION 53 - 58 moons [attr=class,s4box] [/PTab={height:310px;margin-top:-5px;padding:0px 5px;background:transparent;}][PTab=[attr=class,moons]53 days later, he hears the sounds of war from downriver of the territories. he rushes back to the forest to see war breaking out just outside skyclan territory, and he leaps into action alongside duskstorm after he notices her leg had been injured. he fights well, but ends up receiving a forehead wound that requires some minimal attention. teaselstar, upon duskstorm's insistence, allows misha to return to camp with them. he soon feels like he's overstayed, and is turning to leave when teaselstar stops him. she asks him why he helped skyclan, and the two speak until teaselstar offers him a place in skyclan. he readily accepts, and she gives him a new name: sand, to represent the sands on which he fought and the hue of his fur. they go out into the woods together, and teaselstar entails what clan life will mean for him, and what it will change for him.his first two weeks are filled with him learning how to fit in amongst the clan. there are many different things he struggles to atone to, such as the constant presence of other felines around him. even reaching out to speak to them is a challenge at first. however, a few choice felines help shift his perspective: amberblaze, flintsong, and wolfmask, all being cats who were amicable to him in his first days as a skyclan trainee. he even speaks with laurelnose, who is incredibly fascinated by his backstory and how he is fitting into the forest. [attr=class,moons]54 after a gathering gone wrong (albeit one he did not attend) duskstorm relays to him that starclan, real and palpable, came down to the fourtrees. sand is hesitant to believe, due to his non-religious outlook on life, but inwardly begins to reconsider after seeing just how raw and genuine duskstorm's reaction was. he later is approached by wildpaw, moosepaw, and briarpaw, who are all keen to know how the former loner is getting along. on an especially hot evening, he goes down to the riverside with flintsong and laurelnose, finding that he likes and appreciates both of their companies, but is frightened to go too close to the water.he and laurelnose, accompanied by briarpaw, badgerfrost, and marigoldface go out into the forest. sand and laurelnose work together to better his abilities with the 'sky-crusher' technique, but soon must stop when marigoldface and badgerfrost begin to fight. they promptly shut the two down, sending marigoldface back to camp and leaving briarpaw to console the irate badgerfrost. [attr=class,moons]55 skyclan is tense after the gathering, which sand learns is due to the windclan medicine cat lifting up a proposal for another change to the warrior code. he is indifferent, as he does not know the she-cat or the law she hoped to change. he and duskstorm travel out of camp to train, as per the usual, but things dip into more the emotional realm before sand can try to stop it. duskstorm is worried about sand's equality to his clanmates, as it's still common faire for him to be given hostile glances or commented at. he tries to dispel her anger, claiming that the remarks could be ignored, that he didn't mind them (when, truly, they did hurt a bit, when he was trying so hard to become a warrior). duskstorm doesn't listen, and they finish on a soft, affectionate note, before they return to camp. he heads to his nest on the outskirts of the warriors' den, and laurelnose tries to cheer him up upon noticing his sullen, quiet state. he is basking with duskstorm a few suns later when a booming roll of thunder shakes the forest. it wakes to an entire orchestra of thunder and lightning, but no promise of rain anywhere in sight. fearing a lightning storm, albeit a very powerful one, he speaks to amberblaze briefly before another thundering sound, more droning, monotonous than the ones from the sky, takes hold of the forest. timberpaw rushes up beside sand, asking with huge eyes if he knew what was going on. he dryly relayed that he didn't, now concerned. a stampede of deer then storm into the ravine, and sand is quick to call out to seek cover at the cliff sides as they trample dens, plants, and unsuspecting cats alike. when timberpaw goes after her elderly mentor, stuck in the clearing, he rushes out and saves her in the very nick of time, right as a large buck would have raced over her, giving her the same untimely fate as her mentor. under bramblethorn's orders, skyclan flees the ravine, but not before suffering more casualties. sand adheres to carrying the shellshocked timberpaw, from skyclan to thunderclan's camp, after doestar finds the skyclan cats taking refuge at tallpines. he offers silent, stolid support to timberpaw as she wails into his arm, unsure of what to do, but wanting to help nonetheless. a thunderclan warrior, birchheart, approaches him bearing the gift of a squirrel which he tepidly tries to refuse, but she insisted. [attr=class,moons]56 he ends up speaking with laurelnose, and the two go on a quick hunt together. the she-cat leads him to a creek in thunderclan territory, and he quickly expresses his leeriness towards water, especially when laurelnose tries to splash him. they end up hunting and bringing back a magpie together.in wake of bramblethorn's death, caused by the stampede, teaselstar appoints lionflame as her newest deputy. sand is astonished, but glad for his companion, as they had recently talked together about how they might never truly fit among the clan cats. he decides to ignore yewthorn's sharp outbursts against former outsiders. sand tries to approach foxstorm, remembering how he had seen her with teaselstar and owlpaw at mothermouth, but he is quickly turned away by the hostile tortoiseshell. he tries to make any amends, and even congratulate her on her warrior name, but she throws soil up into his face and eyes to chase him off. stormbreeze comes in to intervene, even siding with sand and ambling after a departing stormbreeze to spray dust all over her back. lionflame comes up to sand after and apologizes for foxstorm, but sand is easy to forgive her, not believing she was bad, but misinformed. he sees that laurelnose had seen the scene and goes over to speak with her. he ends up leaving the conversation in lighter spirits -- she told him his nose was freckled, something he'd never known. for the next few suns, he is dutiful, determined after his conversation with lionflame. he speaks to a few new faces, including thunderclan's deputy gorsetalon, overcome a little barrier of adversity when it's evident the other tom is put off by his former life. after returning to camp from a sole hunting expedition, he retrieves his own prey to consume (he had forgotten to eat all day) and ends up sitting with mintshade and teaselstar. but mintshade is quick to depart, and sand is left in teaselstar's almost tense company. she asks about his training, and he admits that he is loving each and every thing he has to learn. he tells her that already, he would be ready to die for the clan, and he'd be happy with that so long as the clan could go on, even without him in it like he wants to be. he gets up to leave, but teaselstar stops him, telling him that a true clan cat would stay with the clan, in mind and in heart, and in starclan. he feels guilty that he can't yet believe, but thanks her and goes. [attr=class,moons]57 to his astonishment, teaselstar invites him to travel with she, moosepaw, and molepaw to the mothermouth to speak with starclan. he's silently dubious, unsure if he should be walking on sacred clan soils, but he is allowed entry into the moonstone cavern regardless. he doesn't speak with starclan, but watches as light and dark warp around him, and an unseen presence brushes against his side, softly taunting him when he asked if the clan's ancestors were there. he's disturbed and speaks to rowanwing the next day, which helps ease his troubled mind.[attr=class,infofield2]iii ]SKYCLAN 59+ moons [attr=class,s4box] [/PTab={height:310px;margin-top:-5px;padding:0px 5px;background:transparent;}][/PTabbedContent={tab-alignment:center;margin-top:20px;border-width:0px;tabgap:5px;}][attr=class,moons]0 Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.
